Traditional Polenta

An easy yet tasty side dish and perfect accompaniment to a ragout o braised meat.

Makes 4 Ingredients: 1 cup Sostanza Polenta 4 cups water 1 tspn salt Method: Place water in large saucepan and bring to boil. Add salt. Stir in Sostanza Polenta and continue to stir for 10 minutes or until Polenta is thick. Leave on low heat for 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally. Pour Polenta into a tray, cut as required and serve immediately or refrigerate. To reheat, serve grilled. Can be served with poultry, meat and sauce of your choice (mushrooms shown a
